Sub : Updated Compliance Manual

As all Participants are aware, The Depositories Act 1996, SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 1996, the Bye Laws & Business Rules of NSDL, circulars issued by NSDL etc. lay down the obligations and duties of the Participants. The Compliance Manual which is a compilation (arranged topic wise) of various requirements laid down thereunder has now been updated upto November 30, 2008.
