Attention of all Issuers / R&T Agents is invited to SEBI’s Order No.WTM/GA/60/ISD/04/06 dated April 27, 2006 regarding the IPO allotment in respect of equity shares.

SEBI in its aforesaid Order has inter-alia directed as follows:
“17.2. The following entities who appear to be key operators in various IPOs during the years 2003 to 2005, are directed not to buy, sell or deal in the securities market including in IPOs, directly or indirectly, till further directions:

In this context, Issuers / R & T Agents are advised to ensure compliance of SEBI’s order.

Further, SEBI in its aforesaid order at para 17.3 has directed “to ensure that the dematerialized accounts which served as conduits for the above entities are not utilized for manipulation of IPO allotment in future”. In this context, we enclose the list of the aforesaid accounts in NSDL (including details such as names, DP ID, Client ID etc) and advise you to ensure compliance of SEBI’s order while making allotments in respect of IPOs / Public Issues.
