Sizing guidelines for Registrar and Transfer Agent

CPU (P-IV 3.0 GHz or above)

Download Machine	Single	NSDL Recommendation-2GB Minimum -1GB	Windows XP Professional with latest service pack & (IE 7) Windows 7	500GB
Client machine	Single	NSDL Recommendation-1GB Minimum -512MB	Windows XP Professional with latest service pack & (IE 7) Windows 7	500GB

Note : Client machine & Download Machine can be combined into single setup

Any DeskJet /LaserJet Printer: The speed may be chosen based on the individual Registrar & Transfer Agents requirements.

Note :

Depending upon Upload/download requirement of the Registrar & Transfer Agent, even though number of users may be less, additional CPU may be required to complete Upload/download within reasonable time.
Application does not support line printer and dot matrix printer.
NSDL depending on market requirement carries out changes to the Software or introduces new functions. In view of this, figures indicated above may undergo changes with time.
